Trent B. Loveless, CPA Chief Financial Officer Mr. Loveless began his career in public accounting at Deloitte and Touche, LLP, and is a certified public accountant. During his tenure, Mr. Loveless served clients in industries ranging from retail and manufacturing to insurance and communications. He served both private and publicly held entities. In 2002, Mr. Loveless joined Safety-Kleen, a large industrial waste management company with revenues approximating $1 billion annually, as Director of Accounting. Mr. Loveless joined Safety-Kleen during a period of restructuring and reorganization where he played a key role in interpreting financial results, improving financial analysis, and helping the company emerge from bankruptcy in 2003. In his role, Mr. Loveless oversaw the accounting and analysis for the company’s operations which consisted of over 200 facilities across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Mr. Loveless left Safety-Kleen in 2006 to join Coherex as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Loveless received his B.A. and Masters degrees in Accounting from the University of Utah. |
