Ronald B. Watkins, Mr. Watkins joined Coherex in 2007 and has over 15 years of medical device manufacturing and operational experience. Mr. Watkins began his career as a manufacturing engineer with Baxter Edwards Laboratories, working with the Carpentier-Edwards bioprosthetic heart valve. He joined Rubicon Medical in 2001 as Vice President of Operations and oversaw the merger with Boston Scientific as the Site Manager. As Site Manager, he was instrumental in the integration of the operational systems of Rubicon Medical into Boston Scientific’s systems. He has over 10 years of experience developing early stage technology companies. He served a key role in developing engineering and manufacturing processes, implemented quality systems, and was instrumental in developing a culture of success for these companies. Mr. Watkins holds a degree in manufacturing engineering from Brigham Young University. He also has a Masters of Business Administration degree. |
